Data Merge and Print
The Easy Print Utility lets you merge
and print files created with different
applications. You can check the file on a PC
before printing, or edit it by rearranging
pages or changing them to a 2-in-1 or even a
16-in-1 format. You can also add a header,
footer or watermark before printing. After
editing, you can save the image as a PDF file.
This greatly reduces the number of trial
prints and misprints.

You can read the faxes you receive on a PC first,
and then decide whether you want to print
them, save them to the PC, or delete them. This
previewing ability minimises wasteful printouts.

Easy Scanning
Documents can be easily scanned into a PC in
colour. Scanned data can also be sent in the
appropriate data format directly to the bundled
OCR software on a PC, to easily convert it to
editable text without requiring any PC operation.
Scanned data can also be saved to a SMB folder
(Windows share folder) or an FTP server,
without using a PC, and then sent by Email.
Quick ID Copy
Copy one original and print it repeatedly on a
single page in the 2-in-1, 4-in-1 or 8-in-1
format. This makes it easy to produce
items like tickets.
