Sequence—
Sequence
01–16
Specifies the
command
activated by the
corresponding
sequence.
None: Redirects the call to the next sequence.
Overflow: Redirects the call to the overflow
destination when there is no answer.
Disconnect: Disconnects the line.
Sequence 01–16: Redirects the call to a different
sequence.
Wait 5 × n (n=1–16) s: If preceded by an OGM,
plays the Music on Hold for the specified period
of time; if not preceded by an OGM, sends a
ringback tone for the specified period of time.
OGM 01–64: Sends a certain OGM.
Queue No.: Announces how many calls precede
the caller in the waiting queue.
Queue No. and Time: Announces how many
calls precede the caller in the waiting queue and
the estimated wait time.
