Choosing not to answer a call
When a call is being received, tap
and drag it to
. The result varies depending on the
type of call.

For landline calls:
The handset stops ringing.

For mobile calls:
The call is rejected.
Ringer volume
Press the volume button up (
) and down (
) repeatedly to adjust the ringer volume. While the
handset is ringing, press the button up or down to turn the ringer off temporarily.
Changing ringtone and audio settings quickly

Press and hold the power button on the top of the handset.

Select the desired audio profile.
Selects the
[Silent]
audio profile. The ringer is turned off and the phone
does not vibrate.
Selects the
[Meeting]
audio profile. The ringer is turned off and the phone
only vibrates.
Selects the
[General]
audio profile. Your customised ringtone and audio
settings are used (page 40).

Answering a second call (call waiting)
If you receive a second call while you are talking on the phone, the handset will let you know by
sounding a call waiting tone. If caller information is also received, you can confirm the information
on the screen and answer the second call if desired.

You may need to subscribe to your phone service provider’s call waiting service in order to
answer a second call on the same line. Consult your landline or mobile phone service provider
for information about this feature.
