If you try to send a message using a phone number (Destination) over 20 digits long
from one of the Phonebook, Caller ID or Redial lists, “
Invalid Number
” is displayed
and the display returns to “
<Enter Phone No>
”.

The maximum message length is 160 characters. Please consult your SMS service
provider for further details.
•
69 messages can be memorized when you enter 80 characters/1 message.
•
If your phone is connected to PBX (Private Branch eXchange: private branch
exchange), see page 41 to enter a destination number.
