The following table contains "VoIP Gateway Trunk Access Number", instead of "PBX Code" and "TIE
Line Access Number" as used in the PBX code method.

communications. A unique IP address must be
assigned to each card.

(typically a router or similar device) that

on the VoIP network.
Subnet Mask

fall within the same subnet as that of the default
gateway (e.g., router) that is connected to the
card.
