Answering calls from Outlook
When a call is received on
“
Telephone Plug-in
”
of Outlook, caller information is displayed on a pop-up
window of your computer.
To answer the call from Outlook, perform the following operation depending on your selected pop-up
window.

Using a landline:

in the toolbar.
Using a cellular line:

[Answer to cell

in the toolbar, and click the desired cellular line list (

After an answer key is clicked, the base unit automatically turns on the speakerphone and answers via the

Copying phonebook entries from a Bluetooth cellular phone (phonebook transfer)
(Handset/Base unit)
You can copy phonebook entries from the paired cellular phones or other cellular phones (not paired) to the
unit’s phonebook.

Cellular phone:
Follow the instructions of your cellular phone to copy phonebook entries.

For other cellular phones (not paired), you need to search for and select the base unit. The Bluetooth
PIN (default:

0000
”
) may be required. If your cellular phone shows PassKey confirmation on its
display, follow the directions to proceed.

The entries being copied are displayed on the unit.
