I cannot send SMS
messages.

centre. Confirm that the correct service
centre number is stored (page 22).

Fixed dialling feature is enabled (page 23).
Disable it.
I cannot receive SMS
messages.

SMS message transmission was interrupted.
Wait until the SMS message has been sent
before using other phone functions.
I cannot receive
voicemail message
notifications.

When the SMS message memory is full, you
may not be able to receive any new
voicemail message notifications. Erase
unnecessary SMS messages to receive new
voicemail message notifications (page 15).
I cannot receive SMS
messages even though
the phone has enough
memory.

Some kinds of SMS messages can be
received only by the SIM card. Check the
memory status of the SIM card (page 22)
and erase unnecessary SMS messages
(page 15).
I cannot receive E-mail
messages.

This phone only supports SMS message
services. Contact your network operator/
service provider for details of this service.
Liquid or other form of
moisture has entered
the phone/charger.
R
Disconnect the AC adaptor from the phone/
charger. Remove the SIM card and battery
from the phone and leave to dry for at least 3
days. After the phone/charger are completely
dry, insert the SIM card and battery into the
phone. Then reconnect the AC adaptor to
charge fully before use. If the phone does not
work properly, contact your place of
purchase or nearest Panasonic service
centre.

To avoid permanent damage, do not use a microwave oven to speed up the drying process.
