Transfer to Outside Parameters
These parameters specify how the VPS will transfer calls to trunks (CO lines) from the following services:
Custom Service, Call Transfer Service, and Personal Custom Service.
Outside Transfer Sequence

Call Transfer to Outside Sequence
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to transfer calls to trunks (CO lines).

Call Transfer to Outside Reconnect Sequence on Busy
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the transferred party is busy.
•
Call Transfer to Outside Reconnect Sequence on No Answer
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the transferred party does not answer.

EFA Transfer Sequence
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to transfer calls to trunks (CO lines) using EFA (External Feature
Access).
•
EFA Transfer Reconnect Sequence on Busy
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the party transferred with EFA (External
Feature Access) is busy.
•
EFA Transfer Reconnect Sequence on No Answer
Specifies the sequence the VPS uses to reconnect the line when the party transferred with EFA (External
Feature Access) does not answer.
•
Call Transfer to Outside Answer Mode
Specifies the answering method the VPS uses to recognize whether the destination party has answered
the transferred trunk (CO line) call.
•
Ignore Received First DTMF
If the PBX sends a DTMF signal to the VPS when the VPS attempts to transfer a call to an outside
telephone, set this parameter to "Enable".
