2.3.27 Remote Call Forwarding Set (DPT Integration Only)
Description
Allows subscribers and the Message Manager to programme their extensions from a remote location
in order to forward calls to another extension or to an outside telephone.
There are 6 forwarding settings available:
FWD All
—Forwards all incoming calls to the desired extension number.
FWD Busy
—Forwards all incoming calls to the desired extension number when the line is busy.
FWD No Answer
—Forwards all incoming calls to the desired extension number when there is no
answer.
FWD Busy or No Answer
—Forwards all incoming calls to the desired extension number when the
line is busy or there is no answer.
FWD to CO
—Forwards all incoming calls to the Telephone number 1 or 2 (programmed in the Mailbox
Setting), or to any other number. This feature is only available when "Yes" is set for "Remote Call
Forward to CO" in the Class of Service (COS) settings (see "Remote Call Forward to CO" in 2.2.2
Personal Options in Programming Manual).
FWD Cancel
—Cancels the forwarding setting.
Conditions
•
With respect to PBX programming, it is possible that "Call Forward to CO" is disabled. To enable
VPS Remote Call Forwarding, the KX-TDA100, for example, must be programmed properly. For
the COS of the extensions whose calls are to be forwarded to a trunk, enable the following: [504]
Call Forward to Outside Line.

Extensions assigned as operators can be called by dialling [0], however, when setting this feature
the extension number (not "0") must be specified.
