Check either All Mailboxes or select the mailboxes you wish to backup.

Click Backup or check Schedule Backup.
When "Schedule Backup" is checked:
1.
Click Next to create a schedule for this backup.
2.
Enter a description for the backup (max. 32 characters).
3.
Specify the desired backup schedule (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly/Specific dates – specify
the date and time)
4.
Select Overwrite: "Yes" or "No" to determine whether old backup files will be overwritten by
new ones.

Click Backup.
[Restoration of Backup Data]
1.
Click Utility in the menu bar.
2.
Select System Back Up and Restore the backup data.
(You can click the icon in the tool bar instead of step 1 and 2.)
3.
Check the desired item to restore the backup data.
(For "Audio Data of Mailboxes" and "Voice Data of Mailboxes", select either "All mailboxes" or
"Selected mailboxes".)
4.
Click ....
The Open dialogue box appears.
5.
Navigate to the folder containing the desired backup file and select the file.
6.
Click Open, then click Next.
7.
Check either All Mailboxes or select the mailboxes you wish to restore.
8.
Click Restore.
[Monitor Backup]
1.
Click Utility in the menu bar.
2.
Select System Back Up and Monitor Backup.
(You can click the icon in the tool bar instead of step 1 and 2.)
The following status of running backup can be monitored in the Backup Monitor dialogue box:
a)
Description
b)
Current Status (Idle/Baking up)
c)
Last Status (Successful/Error)
d)
Progress (0–100 %)
(Click Cancel to stop the running backup as your needs.)
3.
Click Close.
[Backup History]
1.
Click Utility in the menu bar.
2.
Select System Back Up and Backup History.
(You can click the icon in the tool bar instead of step 1 and 2.)
The following status of backup history can be checked in the Backup History dialogue box:
a)
Description
b)
Completion Status (Successful/Error/Abandoned)
c)
Date & Time
d)
Total Elapsed Time (HH:MM:SS)
3.
Click Close.
