(CLASS OF SERVICE) PARAMETERS
The COS - Class of Service parameters define the set of services that are available to
Subscribers. A maximum of 64 (1-64) classes can be specified. A class of service number can
be assigned for each mailbox. More than one Subscriber can share the same class of service.
•
COS numbers 1-62 have the same values for each parameter by default.
Note
There is an exception to this. "Authorization of Message Notification" (see Table 47)
for COS number 1 will be set to "Yes" after performing Quick Setup.
•
COS number 63 is only available to the Message Manager while COS number 64 is only
available to the System Manager.
Note
In Tables 47 and 48, sub-parameters are underlined. These sub-parameters can be
assigned only when the corresponding parameter is set to "Yes".
