Installation of this unit
Set up
After installing the unit, plug in the power supply, and turn on
the unit.
Insert the AC cable plug into the AC outlet.

switch (including certain external power supply models
that have been validated to work with the unit)]
The unit turns on the AC cable plug is inserted. Check the
status by referring to the pertinent external power supply
manual. If any trouble is found, pull out the AC cable plug.

After turning on the unit, turn on the server connected to the
unit.
After the server is turned on, the unit is automatically
initialized. To check the progress of the initialization, go to
“System Status” (

) in the right pane of the Web interface, or
go to “Monitor”

).
When the initialization is complete, “Ready” is displayed.
Before using the Web interface, configure the network
settings, such as the IP address setting of the server to be
connected to the unit.
When using the unit, operate the Web interface and make the
following initial settings. (
