Cause:
The TIMING IN signal was not input in time. Marking trigger processing
terminated abnormally.(Applies to the linking of image processing
devices.)
Remedy:
• The signal at the TIMING IN (No. 24) terminal has to be received
within 60s after the timing standby output TIMING WAIT OUT (No.
36) is turned ON.
• Check the connection of the TIMING IN (No. 24) terminal on the I/O
connector.
• Check the connection with the external device.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.

Cause:
The TIMING IN (No. 24) signal was input while TIMING WAIT OUT (No.
36) was OFF. (Applies to the linking of image processing devices.)
Remedy:
• The signal at the TIMING IN (No. 24) terminal has to be received
within 60s after the timing standby output TIMING WAIT OUT (No.
36) is turned ON.
• Check the connection of the TIMING IN (No. 24) terminal on the I/O
connector.
• Check the connection with the external device.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.

Cause:
A communication error occurred. Marking trigger processing terminated
abnormally. (Applies to the linking of image processing devices.)
Remedy:
• Check the Ethernet connection between the laser marking system
and the external devices.
• Check the status of the laser marking system and the connected
external devices.
• Check the IP address, port number and connecting status of the laser
marking system and imagechecker.
• Check if the imagechecker type is set correctly in the “System
settings” and in “Marking settings” > “File settings” of Laser Marker
NAVI smart.
• While the laser marking system and LP-ABR series are connected
for code reader integration, do not launch the Configurator LP-ABR
software.
