*1 : Shutter output signal has around 200ms to max. 1 sec. delay from each input signal for the shutter open / close
operation time.
The operation behavior of Shutter 2 output on LP-Mxxx/Mxxx-LS1 type is the same as Shutter output.

• You can use the guide laser regardless of the input status of LASER STOP 1 in I/O terminal, but you cannot use the
guide laser while LASER STOP 2 is opened.
• For -LS1 type, you can use the guide laser even when the interlock connector is opened under the remote mode. For
other models, guide laser cannot be used when the interlock connector is open under the remote control mode.
• Guide indication by I/O guide laser input is unavailable when the No. 2 DIP switch on the back surface of controller is
turned to ON.
• If inputting GUIDE IN repeatedly, turn ON GUIDE IN at intervals of more than 500 msec.
