MARKING: Marking output
This signal is turned to ON during marking (laser radiation). If the marking time is shorter than the
specified one-shot output time, MARKING OUT remains ON until the one-shot output time ends.
Y8
MARK END: Marking end output
Output ON when marking ends. Time to turn the output ON may be set to any value between 2 to 510
ms by one-shot output in the “environment setting screen”. (The initial value is 40 ms.)
ンㄆㄇㄆㄓㄆㄏㄆ
• Marking ready is output even during one-shot output of marking end output.
• Marking end output is output even when marking is stopped by an alarm or a warning during marking.
Y9
LASER OUT: Laser pumping completion output
This output is ON after the laser pumping completes and until the laser pumping turns OFF.
The output turns ON approximately 20 seconds after the laser pumping started.
Y10
SHUTTER OUT: Shutter opening output (SHUTTER 1 OUT: Shutter opening output 1 at LP-Mxxx-LS1)
Output ON during internal shutter of the laser marker head opening.
There is a delay time of around 200ms to max. 1 second from turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER A/B IN (X10/
X11) to turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER OUT (Y10).
Y11
• For LP-Mxxx/Mxxx-LS1 type only
SHUTTER 2 OUT: Shutter opening output 2
The operation behavior of “SHUTTER 2 OUT” is the same as Y10 “SHUTTER OUT”.
• For LP-Mxxx-S type only
L-GATE OPREQ: Laser gate open request
Output turns ON before test marking, laser check radiation, laser power measurement/correction if it
is necessary to open the laser gate.
This is One-shot output. Time to turn the output ON may be set to any value between 2 to 510 ms by
one-shot output in the “environment setting screen”. (The initial value is 40 ms.)
This output cannot be used for any operation other than test marking, laser check radiation and laser
power measurement/correction. In normal operations, laser gate opening/closing should be controlled
by monitoring the status of the laser marker and the peripheral equipment with a safety PLC or similar
device.
Y12
WARNING: Warning output
Output OFF at warning occurrence.
Contents of warning are indicated by codes in controller file No./error code indicator.
For contents of warning, refer to “Error Indication” (P.161).
In addition, warning error generated in the event of TRIG. IN during marking is one-shot output in 2 to
510 ms depending on the setting. (Indicated for about 2 seconds in file No./error code indicator.)
Y13
ALARM: Alarm output
Output OFF at alarm occurrence. When an alarm occurs, laser pumping turns OFF.
Contents of alarm are indicated by codes in controller file No./error code indicator.
For contents of alarm, refer to “Error Indication” (P.161).
