7.4.2. Pre-setting
Prior to 1st Lens Frame Adjustment, setup service equipment as follows.
1. Install Projector Chart (SUKZ000032) on Lens Projector (SUKZ000030) in the next steps.
- Remove Chart Holder from Lens Projector and then loosen screw (located in the back) on the Chart Holder.
- Install Projector Chart on the Chart Holder and then tighten screw.
- Install Chart Holder on the Projector.
Note:
- Make sure that Chart inside and out / ups and downs is right position.
- Confirm that Chart base point line matches with Projector mount base point line and then tighten screw.
2. Connect Lens Control Adaptor (SUKZ000033) between General-Purpose Camera Body and Projector mount.
3. Install repair Lens to Projector mount.
Note:
- Before mounting the Repair Lens, Decring Unit / Filter Ring are uninstalled.
- Remove Lock Tight by alcohol on the Adjustment Pin.
7.4.3. Projector / General-Purpose Camera / Repair Lens setting
1. Turn on Lens Projector and Lens Chart to Wall.
2. Turn on General-Purpose Camera and activate OIS. (make sure OIS move to centre of optical axis)
3. Keep 3m distance between Lens Projector and Chart on the Wall.
4. Place Hand Miller in the centre of projected Chart.
Using Hand Miller Light Reflection, make Projector Positioning so that the Repair Lens is positioned in Vertical
against Screen Chart on the Wall.
After that, remove it.
