Arrange the laundry evenly in the tub, then close the lid.

Check if the water faucet is turned on.

Is the water supply frozen?

Is the water supply cut off?

Is the connection of the water supply hose clogged with dirt?

The Child Lock Mode is activated and the water is draind.Unplug the power cord, and
