The 4x powerful steam is an instant ejection of strong steam instead of continuous steam.
The problem persists even
after you have followed
the above solutions.
Send your product to an authorized service centre for repair.
The automatic heating function or the auto
power-off function is not disabled (when the

Noise will be heard
when the product is
shaken
This sound comes from the pipe hitting the tank. It's normal.
There is a noise or
a sense of vibration
during operation
This is the sound or vibration caused by water pumping in the tank. It's normal.
This is the noise of temperature controller during operation, which is normal.
If the temperature controller in the main body is activated, the steam volume may decrease for a
while. The steam volume will get back to normal once the temperature is stable. The steam will
be invisible occasionally, depending on the ambient temperature and indoor brightness.
Other types of water except distilled water or
pure water are added in the tank.
Pour the remaining water in the water tank
out. And use the cup to add distilled water
or pure water to the tank “ MAX
