Please add an appropriate amount of dishwasher detergent (page EN9)

Did the cutlery touch the nozzles, so that the nozzles did not rotate,
hence affecting the cleaning performance?

Were the items placed properly (Did the items overlap or face the
wrong direction)? (pages EN6 - EN8)
●
Were burnt pans scraped and cleaned before loading? (page EN5)
●
Did the water used contain many minerals?
Increase an appropriate amount of dishwasher detergent
●
Were the filters clogged?
Please clean the filters (page EN13)
●
Did you check the water hardness level of your area and then set the
area setting? (page EN9)
Check the causes and solutions
●
Are the dishwasher powder dampened or are there lumps?
If there are lumps, crush them before use.
●
Glassware with minor flaws on the surface occasionally become
whitish and opaque after being washed with high-temperature water.
●
Were the glasses very greasy?
Please use more dishwasher detergent or select the Intense program.
Items turns yellowish
or slightly black
●
This may be caused by tea stains or the iron contained in the water.
Please wipe the dishes often.
White spots are left
on the glasses.
●
Is the water hardness level in your area high?
If yes, reset the water hardness level suitable for your area (page EN9).
Water droplets are
left on the concave
bottom of the dishes
and the drying result
is not satisfactory
●
Water may not be drained completely from the concaves.
Tilt the items slightly (page EN6), or set to Enhanced Drying to extend
the drying time so as to reduce the residual water (page EN12).

please check and resolve as follows. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact Service Centre.

“Keep” are blinking
●
There may be excessive
foam.
●
There may be water
leakage.
Close the water tap first.
Then unplug the power cord from the outlet and leave the door
closed.
After about 30 minutes, plug in the power plug, turn on the power,
and check the display.
●
When "Speedy" "Intense" "Keep" disappear, open the water
tap and restart the operation.
●
When "Speedy" "Intense" "Keep" are still blinking, contact the
Service Centre.
If the problem cannot be solved after checking the above, or other problems not mentioned above occur,
please unplug the power socket, turn off the water tap, and contact the Service Centre.
