It is hard to open the
refrigerator door

After the refrigerator is just closed, the warm air entering the refrigerator meets the cold air
and the air pressure becomes lower than the air pressure outside. If you want to open the
refrigerator door now, you will find it harder, this is normal.
Condensation forms
on the outer case of
the refrigerator

When it has been raining or the environment is very humid, despite the anti-condensation
device, condensation or vapour will form more or less. This is not a malfunction and won’t
occur once the rain has stopped. (Keep the air flowing to help reduce the amount of
condensation.)

Opening and closing the doors too often or placing food containing a lot of moisture in the
refrigerator may lead to condensation. As a result, please put the food containing a lot of
moisture in a plastic bag or a container with a lid and try to open the doors less often.
Operation rate is too
high
◎
One of the following circumstances may be the cause:
High temperature in the room, large amount of stored foods or extremely hot food in the
refrigerator. As a result, please don’t store too much food or extremely hot food in the
refrigerator and keep the air flowing.
Option buttons do not
respond
◎
It is normal that option buttons won’t respond when the refrigerator door is opened or not
closed completely.
◎
When option buttons won’t respond with all the doors closed completely, it is probably due to
poor contact or disconnection.
Please contact Panasonic Service Centre or dealer for repair.
When a power failure
occurs
◎
Please keep the doors closed as much as possible when a power failure occurs.
◎
When you know there will be a power failure in advance, please make as many ice cubes as
possible to store in the freezer compartment
The refrigerator will
not be used for a long
period of time
◎
Unplug the refrigerator and remove all the food from the refrigerator. Wipe off all the water and
open the refrigerator to keep it dry. Do not allow children to enter the refrigerator.
