12.2. DISASSEMBLE OF ICE COM-
PARTMENT
1. Remove ice compartment (IC) door.
2. Lift up tray lever and remove ice tray toward you.
3. Unscrew screw of Automatic ice-maker.
4. Pull automatic ice-maker toward you a little, then discon-
nect connector.(1 piece)After that, remove automatic ice-
maker.
12.2.1.
SENSOR ICC
1. Remove the ice-maker
(Refer to "DISASSEMBLY OF ICE COMPARTMENT" (1 -
4).)
2. Remove the sensor ICC
CAUTIONS
• The sensor ICC is surely installed at appointed position, and
the wire harness is arranged not to become loose.
• The joint is stored in the connector storage part.
12.2.2.
AUTOMATIC ICE-MAKER
1. Remove Automatic ice-maker.
(Refer to "DISASSEMBLY OF ICE COMPARTMENT" (1 -
4).)
2. Push the hook of ice plate T (for automatic ice-maker) and
remove automatic ice-maker by rotating it (During rotating,
unhook 2 hooks).
3. Unscrew screw (1 piece) and remove ice check lever
(detector) and ice check lever piece from automatic ice-
maker.
CAUTIONS ON ASSEMBLING
• Connect connector firmly.
• Do not pinch electric wire.
• Set electric wires in place.
AFTER REPLACING ICE MAKER ASS'Y
• Check the test-1 of ice maker by following steps.
(How to check)
1. Press "QUICK FREEZING" button for 5 seconds.
(Service mode)
2. Close Ice compartment door.,then Press "ICE MAKING
OFF" button.
ÅiLED becomes "ON" to "flashing".)
3. If it is normal, the test function will finish automatically
after applox. 40 seconds. (Buzzer stops, and LED comes
off.)
CAUTION
• After testing, dispose water and ice cubes inside ice
