Cannot access to Content Manager

Check that the status of the LAN adapter of the using computer is available. The connection between the
projector and the computer may not be able to establish depending on the computer settings, such as, a
security software is installed in the computer, or an utility software for the LAN adapter is installed. For details,
refer to “Computer environment required for connection” (
x
page 8).

When the wireless LAN is used, Content Manager might not be able to be accessed depending on the radio
wave environment. Try to improve the radio wave environment or try to access the Content Manager through
wired LAN. For details about improving the radio wave environment, refer to “Operating Instructions - Functional
Manual”.

When the [STANDBY MODE] of the projector is set to [ECO] or [NETWORK] and the projector is in standby
status, the Content Manager cannot be accessed. Turn on the projector or change the [STANDBY MODE]
setting of the projector to [NORMAL], and try again to access to the Content Manager. For details about the
[STANDBY MODE] setting, refer to “Operating Instructions - Functional Manual”.

Cannot register content

The still image/movie/music content is checked if it is possible to play back on the device at the time of
registration.
If the content cannot be registered, check the extension, format and codec of the file.

Content such as movie cannot be played back smoothly on the device

The movie or music may not be played back normally or it may take time to display the still image when the data
transfer speed of the using SD card is slow. Confirm the speed class of the SD card to be used. (Speed class:
Class 10 recommended)
