Generating the signing request
When using the server certificate issued by the certification organization as a security certificate, generate a
signing request necessary for application of issuing to the certification organization. Generate the signing request
after generating the CRT key.
1) Click [Certificate]
→
[Generate Certificate Signing Request]
→
[Execute].

The page to generate the signing request is displayed.

Enter the information required for application.

The details of each item are as follows. Enter the information following the requirement of the certification
organization to apply.

Enter the projector name or the IP address set in the projector.

Enter the country code defined in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (two upper case
alphabets).

Enter the organization name.

[Organization Unit]
Enter the organization unit name.

[CRT key]
[RSA key size]
The key length of the current CRT key is
displayed.

The generation date and time of the current
CRT key is displayed.

3) Click [OK].

The signing request file is generated. Enter a file name and save the file in the desired folder.
4) Enter a file name and click [Save].

The file for signing request is saved in the specified folder.

The characters that can be input are as follows.

Single-byte numbers: 0 to 9

Single-byte alphabets: A to Z, a to z

Single-byte symbols: - . _ , + / ( )

The signing request generated by the projector is PEM format (file extension: pem).

Apply issuing of the server certificate to the certification organization using the saved signing request file (PEM format).
