These are illustrations taking from a normally working Plasma TV.
IC8000 checks the panel SOS signal for abnormalities at 2 predetermined
times. (2.8s and 3.8s after the TV is turned on.)
IC8000 ignores the first 2.7 seconds period of the panel SOS signal, which
starts after the TV is turned on (Starting point). Judgments begin at 2.8s
and again at 3.8s after the starting point.
