13 Measurements and Adjustments
13.1. When Replacing the Mechanism Unit and/or Digital P.C.B. Unit
When replacing the mechanism unit, Digital P.C.B. Unit or both, the drive adjustment is required. The adjustment is performs
reading QR coded adjustment value by web camera and writing the value to Digital P.C.B. Unit.
There are 2 method for adjustment value writing:
(1) Using PC: "Using PC Method"
Set the adjustment value to memory on the Digital P.C.B.Unit using writing software on PC.
(2) Using Remote Control (supplied with the unit):
"Using Remote Control Method".
Set the adjustment value to memory on the Digital P.C.B.Unit using the Remote Control.

13.1.1.3.Preparation
Before starting the adjustment, install the software for adjustment (QR code reading software for Web camera and the
software for the code writing to Digital P.C.B.).
Note:
The adjustment software can be downloaded from “Support Information from NWBG/VDBG-AVC” web-site in“TSN
system”,together with instructions of “Adjustment Software” including preparations and connections etc.

• Web camera of 300,000 pixels or more
that closeup photography is possible up to
several centimeters (It is enough usually by
300,000 pixels).
The focus function recommends manual.
• It recognizes it automatically only by the
connection to PC.
Web Camera for USB video class (UVC) that
doesn’t need special device driver.
A lot of marketed commodities correspond to
the USB video class.
