To check a program

1 Press [PROG].

The timer-programming screen appears.

To correct a program

While the timer programming screen is on the television,
1 Press [PROG] to highlight the program you want to correct and 

press [ENTER].

2 Select the item with [

2 1

] and correct it with [

3 4

].

To cancel a program

While the timer programming screen is on the television,
1 Press [PROG] to highlight the program you want to cancel.
2 Press [CANCEL].

To clear the timer programming screen

Press [MENU].

The unit switches tape speed to EP if it determines there is not 
enough tape to record the entire program in SP mode. The change 
may start at the beginning of the recording or part way through, 
depending on the remaining tape. 
Before using this function, set the length of the tape you are using 
(

page 40). It may not work correctly if you use tapes with irregular 

lengths.
