Before jogging with this unit, allow sufficient time for the memory buffer to fill
up completely (CD-DA: 45 seconds, MP3: 100 seconds).

This unit is designed for light jogging, but not for serious running. It may
occasionally skip if used by an aggressive runner, or by someone with a
heavy, jarring stride.
