4.6.6.b. RADIUS Configuration
On the System Security Configuration Menu, pressing "R" opens the RADIUS
Configuration Page screen, as shown in Fig. 4-6-12. In this screen, you can
configure accessing to RADIUS server that is used in 802.1x port base
authentication.

Screen Description
NAS ID:
Indicates an authentication ID (NAS Identifier).
Server IP
Address:
Indicates an IP address of RADIUS server. The factory default setting is
0.0.0.0.
Shared Secret: Indicates a common key (Shared Secret) that is used in authentication.
The same key must be set between the server and the RADIUS client. In
general, system manager set this secret key. The factory default setting
is no secret key.
Response
Time:
Indicates maximum response time for authentication request to RADIUS
server. The factory default setting is 10 seconds.
Maximum
Retransmission:
Indicates the number of retransmission times for authentication request
to RADIUS server. The factory default setting is 3.
