What kind of water
is the one coming
out from the drain
outlet?
The type of water diff ers depending on the water coming out
from the main spout.
It is acidic water if alkaline ion water is coming out from the main spout.
It is alkaline water if weak acidic water is coming out from the main spout.
(When purifi ed water is coming out from the main spout, no water comes out from the drain hose.)
( The quality of water coming out from the drain hose during

What does a service
life of 850 hours for the
electrolyzer mean?
It means that the cumulative total time (including cleaning time) that
enables electrolysis in the electrolyzer is 850 hours. (equivalent to
approx. seven years with use of 20 minutes a day)
When the electrolyzer is powered-on, the electrode plate will be consumed.
When replacement is necessary,
is displayed.
Can I disconnect the
power plug
when the product is not used?
Do not disconnect the power plug even while you’re not using the Alkaline Ionizer.
This is to perform automatic electrode cleaning and display the guideline for cartridge replacement timing
correctly. (Using purifi ed water with the power plug disconnected will not accumulate the usage time.)
White powder is
attached
on the kettle or
thermos fl ask.
It is the calcium from the water.
There is no problem if you drink the water, but if it bothers you, clean the containers concerned.
If the white powder is not removed by cleaning, obtain some citric acid from a pharmacy,
mix 50 g with 1 liter of water, leave to soak in the containers for 2 or 3 days, and then rinse
the deposit off . (Buy citric acid at a pharmacy.)
Noise occurs when a radio
is placed near the product.
Move the radio away from the Alkaline Ionizer.
