In [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [System] - [De-
vice Manager], select [PCIC or compatible PCMCIA
controller] in [PCMCIA socket]. Remove the check for
[Disable in this hardware profile] in [Properties] - [Gen-
eral] and then press [OK].
