AUTOMATIC MF SIGNAL CONVERSION
This specify whether the MF signal conversion for
dialling out to NCC. It is useful when the system is
routed to the system X local exchanger by Lookup table
which does not accept MF signal when “132” is sent out
in Dial Pulse.
