Open the battery
door
1
To insert or replace the
battery, hold the main unit
and open the battery door
by placing a tip of your
forefinger under the edge
of the swing-out door and
gently pulling outward.
· Do not open the battery
door too far or damage is
likely to occur.
Insert the battery
2
Adhesive peel tab
For removal,
turn the main unit
upside down and
pull out the
battery.
· Peel off the tab placed on the
plus (+) sign after the battery is
securely in place.
Close the battery door
3
Close the battery door
by swinging the door
until it snaps securely.
Never force the door
shut. This could result
in serious damage.
· If you keep the battery door shut, the
switch remains turned on, which can result
in a high-pitched squeal or feedback. Turn
the switch off before wearing the hearing
instrument. See Page 25.
· You can set up the amount of time until
audio output gets fully activated after
closing the battery door. For more
information, contact your dispenser.
Place the new battery in the
compartment with the plus (+) sign
facing up. Your hearing aid uses a
size 13 battery.
