Troubleshooting Guide
This section discusses a general approach to solving problems related to design and operation of the hearing instrument.
The following troubleshooting guide will help you narrow down the problem area, identify the source of the issue,
and provide workarounds. If your problem is particularly sensitive or persistent, write down any error conditions
encountered, error codes and problem description then contact your dispenser.
Corrective action/Workaround
Insert the eartip into your ears properly. If you
do not feel the eartip fit, consult your dispenser
to have it best suited to your ear shape.
Replace the battery.
Consult your dispenser to clean the eartip.
Consult your dispenser to have the wax guard
replaced.
Replace the battery.
Close the battery door completely.
Replace the battery.
Insert the battery correctly.
Probable cause
