Replace the DRUM (C) (PL4.1). If the problem persists,
replace the MCU PWB. (PL13.1)
009-654 ADC SENSOR FAILURE
Description
The ADC SENSOR for an operation failure.
BSD on : CH9.16 CH9.31D
Procedure
Run
DC934
ADC Output Check.
Is the FAILURE judgement of the ADC SENSOR OK?
Y
N
Is +5 VDC measured between the I/F PWB J536-A13 (+)
and GND (-)?
Y
N
Check the +5 VDC circuit to the I/F PWB J536-A13
by referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
(WN4.3.5 +5 VDC-1) (WN4.3.6 +5 VDC-2)
(WN4.3.7 +5 VDC-3) (WN4.3.8 +5 VDC-4)
Run the
DC330
[009-078].
Was the ADC SHUTTER SOLENOID actuated?
Y
N
Is +24 VDC measured between the I/F PWB J536-A7
(+) and GND (-)?
Y
N
Check the +24 VDC circuit to the I/F PWB
J536-A7 by referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
(WN4.3.13 +24 VDC-1)
(WN4.3.14 +24 VDC-2)
(WN4.3.15 +24 VDC-3)
(WN4.3.16 +24 VDC-4)
Run the
DC330
[009-078].
Is 0 VDC measured between the I/F PWB J536-A8
(+) and GND (-)?
Y
N
Check the wire between the I/F PWB J536-A8
and the ADC SENSOR UNIT J602-3 for an
open circuit and poor contact. If no problems
are found, replace the I/F PWB (PL9.1) and the
MCU PWB (PL13.1) in sequence.
Run the
DC330
[009-079].
Has the voltage between the I/F PWB J536-A6 (+)
and GND (-) changed to 0 VDC momentarily?
Y
N
Check the wire between the I/F PWB J536-A6
and the ADC SENSOR UNIT J602-1 for an
open circuit and poor contact. If no problems
are found, replace the I/F PWB (PL9.1) and the
MCU PWB (PL13.1) in sequence.
Check the wire between the I/F PWB J536 and the
ADC SENSOR UNIT J602 for an open circuit and
poor contact. If no problems are found, replace the
ADC SENSOR ASSY. (PL1.3)
Check the installation status of the ADC SENSOR and the
wire between the I/F PWB J536 and the ADC SENSOR
UNIT J602 for an open circuit and poor contact. If no
problems are found, replace the ADC SENSOR ASSY.
(PL1.3)
After checking that no failures are detected during normal
operation, end the Diag.
009-660 ENVIRONMENT SENSOR TEMP.
FAILURE
Description
Abnormal value was detected by the
ENVIRONMENT SENSOR (Temperature).
BSD on : CH9.16 CH9.31E
Procedure
Check conductivity of the following:
• Between the I/F PWB J536-B2 and ENVIRONMENT
SENSOR J255-3
• Between the I/F PWB J536-B1 and ENVIRONMENT
SENSOR J255-4
Is the resistance 1 Ohm or less for both wires?
Y
N
Check for an open circuit and poor contact.
Replace the ENVIRONMENT SENSOR J255.
Is the resistance btween the ENVIRONMENT SENSOR P255-
3 and P255-4 60K to 20K Ohm?
Y
N
Replace the ENVIRONMENT SENSOR. (PL1.3)
Replace the I/F PWB (PL9.1) and MCU PWB (PL13.1) in
sequence.
009-661 ENVIRONMENT SENSOR HUMIDITY
FAILURE
Description
Abnormal value was detected by the
ENVIRONMENT SENSOR (Humidity).
BSD on : CH9.16 CH9.31E
Procedure
Is +0.4 VDC to +17 VDC measured between the I/F PWB J536-
B3 (+) and GND (-)?
Y
N
Is +5 VDC measured between the I/F PWB J536-B4 (+)
and GND (-)?
Y
N
Check the +5 VDC circuit to the I/F PWB J536-B4 by
referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
(WN4.3.5 +5 VDC-1) (WN4.3.6 +5 VDC-2)
