How to Attach the "Dome Cover Sheet" onto Compatible Products

Read the following descriptions together with the Operating Instructions of the
dome cover and the Operating Instructions of the camera.
Step1
Remove the enclosure from the camera
Use the bit included with the camera to loosen the 2 screws that secure the
enclosure, and then remove the enclosure from the camera body.
Step2
Remove the clear dome cover
1. Remove the dome cover sheet from
the enclosure.

Keep the removed dome cover
sheet for future use.
2. The clear dome cover is locked using
the enclosure hooks (3 parts).
Remove one hook at a time while
pushing the clear dome cover
inwards.
Step3
Mount the dome cover (WV-CF5SA)
1. Remove the cover film from the outside of the dome cover. Keep the removed
cover film for future use. Take care not to damage the outside or inside of the
dome cover.
2. Align the notched area of the dome cover to the stoppers (2 pcs.) of the
enclosure, and then mount the dome cover.

After mounting the dome cover, reattach the cover film. Be careful not to
directly touch nor damage the dome cover.
3. Align the notched area of the dome cover sheet to the stoppers (2 pcs.) of the
enclosure, and then mount the dome cover.
●
Attach the dome cover sheet with the spongy surface facing the front.

Push the sheeted side of the
dome cover into the gap between
the enclosure hooks and the dome
cover, and attach the 3 parts one
at a time.
●
If there are fingerprints or dirt on
the inside of the dome cover, wipe
it clean with a soft cloth.
Step4
Attach the enclosure to the camera.
Secure the camera to the enclosure with the 2 enclosure fixing screws.
The recommended tightening torque of the enclosure fixing screws is 0.59 N

If a "screen adjustment" is necessary after replacing the dome cover, refer to
the Operating Instructions.

Remove the cover film after installation is complete.
●
If there are fingerprints or dirt on the dome cover, wipe it clean with a soft cloth.

Push the plastic on the
bottom of the dome
cover sheet into the
hooks so that they
clamp the dome cover.

A gap may form between the dome cover
and the dome cover sheet.
This will be resolved once attaching the
enclosure to the camera and will not affect
the performance of the camera.
