An alarm action can be specified for the privacy action.

Open to Close:
Normally the privacy mode is disabled. When an alarm occurs, the alarm action enables
the privacy mode.

Close to Open:
Normally the privacy mode is enabled. When an alarm occurs, the alarm action disables
the privacy mode.

Close to Open

The “Privacy action” function is intended to be used by other devices or applications controlling the
camera. The privacy mode dialog is still displayed even when the privacy mode has been disabled by
the “Privacy action” function. The setup menu can be displayed by clicking “Disable Privacy Mode”.

[Mic select]
A mic can be selected for the privacy action.
“Mic select” can only be configured when “Mic input”, “Interactive(Half-duplex)”, or “Interactive(Full-duplex)” is
selected for “Audio transmission/reception”. (
