List of error codes
The digital display shows error codes.
Check the error code, disconnect the power plug and do the following.

Please confirm the following
Possible situation
Even if drainage is
completed, the drain
indicator still lights on
After drainage is completed,
the drain indicator will light
on within approximately 1
week or if the water refill
indicator does not light on
the 7th time
Check whether drainage is performed while the power plug is
still inserted.
Remove the power plug before drainage.
When the water in the tray is dirty, the indicator may light on.
Drain and clean the tray.
Check whether the HEPA composite filter and sterilization filter
are not installed.
Please install the HEPA composite filter and sterilization filter.
In any other cases than the above, the electrode unit may be
abnormal or may malfunction.
(If water enters the inside, let it dry completely.)
Leave the product idle for more than half a day.
The main unit is tilted or

During operation, the
product shuts down

Is the product placed in area where polluted air is difficult to be
cleared? (Page 6)

Is the room size too large for the product?
After water supply/drainage has finished (Page 16), insert
the power plug back to resume the operation.
