The VIA VB7009 provides one DDR3 DIMM memory slot. The memory slot can accommodate up to 4GB
of 1066MHz memory. The memory slot is labeled as “DIMM1”.
Step.1)
Disengage the locking mechanism at both ends of the DIMM slot by pressing the retaining clips outward.
Step.2)
Align the notch on the DIMM memory module with the counterpart on the DIMM slot.
Step.3)
Insert the DIMM memory module into the slot and push down at both ends until the locking clips lock
the DIMM memory module into place.
