If the two inputs become active simultaneously, the order of precedence is S-Video by
default, then composite video
- The video standard accepted by the Pantel Wireless system is set by automatic detection
of the video standard (NTSC)
- Video standard supports the following video inputs: NTSC-M, NTSC-Japan, PAL[BGHI],
and SECAM
- The following VBI signals are also supported: NTSC WSS (aka CGMS or WSS525) and
Macro vision (NTSC only). The VBI signals are accepted at the video inputs and
transferred to the video outputs
- The system is capable of accepting and outputting black and white signal (no color
component)
AUDIO INPUT
- The Wireless transmitter supports an analog stereo audio input, consisting of left and
right audio (red and white cables)
VIDEO/AUDIO OUTPUT
- Composite sources being inputted through the wireless transmitter box may be output
to another source via composite or S-video cable. NOTE that if outputting via S-Video
cable, signal received by receiving apparatus will be equal to or less than the quality of
the signal that is input by the composite cable.
- S-Video sources being inputted through the wireless transmitter box may be output to
another source via composite or S-video cable. NOTE that if outputting via composite
cable, signal received by receiving apparatus will be equal to or less than the quality of
any composite input/output signal.
6. Pairing & Others
PAIRING
- The Pantel Wireless system is already supplied in paired mode when shipped, meaning
that the receiver that is built into the TV is ready to communicate with the external
transmitter box.
- Should there become a need to pair a transmitter (external box) with the receiver (built
into the TV), they may be manually paired by following these instructions:
a. Supply power to and switch on both the wireless transmitter box and your Pantel TV
b. Connect the IR remote control cable/repeater to the back of the wireless
transmitter box
c. Position the units so that the IR cable LED head from the transmitter box is directly
in front of the IR receiver window of the Pantel TV.
d. Press and hold the pairing button on the rear of the transmitter box for at least two
seconds.
