Trouble Shooting
No/Distorted Picture:
1.
Make sure your TV’s power cord is plugged in correctly.
2.
Make sure your TV’s power is turned on.
3.
Make sure your sources cords are plugged in correctly.
4.
Make sure your TV is set to the corresponding input that is plugged into the TV.
No Audio
1.
Make sure the source wires are properly plugged in.
2.
Make sure the source wires are in the correct colored inputs i.e. yellow with yellow etc
3.
Make sure you televisions volume is up and not on mute.
4.
Make sure you have a digital tuner signal above 60%
Dark Picture
1.
Change the light setting to “bright room”.
2.
Make sure your photo cell (located in the IR oval) is not covered.
Remote Does Not Function
1.
Check to see you have removed the P.E.T film.
2.
Make sure the batteries are charged and installed in the correct orientation.
No Color
1.
Make sure the digital tuner signal is above 60%.
2.
Reset your TVs color settings.
No Signal Box on Screen
1.
Make sure your source has power.
2.
Make sure that the cords are plugged in correctly into your sources output.
3.
Make sure that the sources cords are plugged in correctly to your TV.
4.
Make sure your TV’s source button corresponds to what is plugged into the TV.
Channels are blocked
1.
Check your parental settings to ensure the specified channel is not blocked.
The TV does not immediately turn on
1.
LCD televisions require more time to turn on than a traditional tube television.
My wireless box isn’t linking up
1.
Make sure that the power cord is pushed all the way in.
2.
Make sure your inputs are plugged in correctly.
3.
Plug in the transmitter near the television. Then plug in the magic eye. After putting
the magic eye near the IR oval on the television, press and hold the button labeled
“pairing switch” for ten seconds. Your Wireless box has should now be linked.
