As the applet loads, the user will be prompted to enter a password. The default password is
paradise
(see
Figure 3-17
), but the user may assign a new password using the web M&C or
Paradise Datacom’s Universal M&C Software. See
Section
3.3
for details on using the
Universal M&C Software.
3.4.1 Navigating the Web M&C
The SSPA Monitor and Control is performed via following the links on the web page. These
links include Status and Faults, Communications Settings, General Settings and Fault
Settings.

: A view of critical SSPA operational parameters. See
Figure 3-18
for descriptions of some of the functions available in this window.
