A1.1 Troubleshooting Dynamic IP Issues
Perform the following procedure if BabyWare does not automatically find the IP address and port numbers for
the HD77 camera.
To troubleshoot dynamic IP settings:
1.
Open BabyWare.
2.
Navigate to the
Programming
window
(see Configuring Server Settings on page 25).
3.
Select the
Communication Settings
tab.
The Communication Settings tab opens.

Check the
Auto Detect
box.
5.
Click the
Refresh
icon
.
6.
Click
OK
.
7.
Verify HD77 camera functionality (see Adjusting the HD77 Camera Angle on page 15).
Note:
Verify streaming through an external network in order to ensure that port- forwarding functions. Using
the wireless network from the property’s WIFI router does not fulfill requirements.
