Displaying Status Information
Procedure
To display statuses:
1. Use the following menu sequence:
Main Menu
→
Status
2. Select the type of information you want to view
(e.g.,
Status
→
PVC Connection Status).
The following sections provide information about the status information that is
available.
System and Test Status Messages
System and test status information is selected from the Status menu:

Status
→
System and Test Status
All messages are listed in alphabetical order.
Health and Status Messages:
These messages appear in the left-most column of the System and Test Status
screen, or the highest priority Health and Status message appears on the last line
at the bottom of the screen (right-most corner).

Backup Active
Backup has been
established and data is
flowing over the alternate
DLCI.
No action needed.
BRI-B1 Call Profile
Disabled
ISDN backup call (manual
or automatic) could not be
made because the Call
Profile had been disabled.
Enable the ISDN Call Profile

BRI-B1 Call Profile
Invalid
ISDN backup call (manual
or automatic) could not be
made because the Call
Profile is invalid.
1. Verify that the ISDN Call
Profile identifier is not blank.
2. Check that the phone number
associated with the ISDN Call
Profile is valid.
BRI-B1 Call
Terminated – Remote
ISDN backup call (manual
or automatic) was not
successful because it was
terminated at the remote
end.
1. Check configuration of the
remote device.
2. Verify that the remote device
is configured answer calls.
3. Verify Calling IDs.
