This parameter identifies the Protection Group.
protgroup_id is the AID ProtGroup.
ntfcncde
NotificationCode
This is the alarm level. It signals the severity of a
new condition and has a value of CL (Clear) when
this message signals the clearing of a condition.
condtype
ConditionType
This parameter defines the list of conditions or
alarms that occur on a CPX-1000.
srveff
ServiceEffect
This parameter indicates the effect on service
caused by the standing or alarm condition.
ocrdat
Date
This parameter indicates the date when the
specific event or violation occurred.
