Connect the Adapter to the Interface Card
Connect the 50-pin Amphenol to RJ48C adapter
(Model 25866 or Model 25880) to the Interface card using
a 50-pin Amphenol male-to-male cable. See
Figures 5-6 and 5-7.

Without WAN Redundancy
Connect the Control Terminal to the
Interface Card
Use an 8-position modular to DB-25 cable (Model
25852) to connect the Control Terminal Port on the
Interface card to a VT-100 terminal, or to the serial port of
a PC running VT-100 emulation software.
Connect the Adapter to the Mobile Switch
The cables and adapter used to connect to the mobile
switch depend on whether a redundant WAN card was
installed in the AAC.
If a redundant WAN card was not installed, use two
standard 8-position modular cables to connect to the
mobile switch. See Figure 5-6.
If a redundant WAN card was installed, use two “Y”
cables (Model 25897) to connect to the mobile switch.
