IN CASE OF TROUBLE
2. Error codes
Error code list
If a failure occurs, an error code may be displayed
on the display panel of the BED Navi (accessory) of
the handheld controller (accessory). Check the error
code.

an obstacle.

The handheld controller (accessory)
cable is disconnected.
• Check for scratches on or damage to the cable.
• Check the connection of the handheld controller (ac-
cessory).
• Disconnect the power plug from the outlet, check that
the power lamp on the handheld controller (accesso-
ry) is turned off, and then insert the power plug back
into the outlet.
The handheld controller (accessory)
plug is wet.
Disconnect the handheld controller (accessory) plug,
dry it, and then insert it back into the outlet.

The load on the bed exceeded the
safe working load.
Check that the load on the bed is within the safe work-
ing load.
Operation of the bed is restricted by
an obstacle.
Make sure that operation of the bed is not restricted by
an obstacle.
The bed was operated for a long
time intermittently.
Leave it for 20 to 38 minutes. There is a possibility that
a circuit to protect the motor against overheating was
activated. This is not a failure.
The bed operation button is held
down while operating the CPR lever.
Release the bed operation button you are holding
down.

The bed operation exceeded the
maximum continuous operating
time.
Leave it for 20 to 38 minutes. There is a possibility that
a circuit to protect the motor against overheating was

Disconnect the power plug from the outlet, check that
the power lamp on the BED Navi (accessory) or hand-
held controller (accessory) is turned off, and then insert
the power plug back into the outlet.

has reached the upper or lower con-
trol limit.

overheating was activated. This is not a failure.
