RA Worm Block Switch
The Paramount’s RA and Dec Axis have an arrow-shaped knob as part of a rotatable, mechanical switch.
(The Paramount ME II and Paramount MX+ switch has two positions and is referred to as the Two Position
Switch. The Paramount MX switch has three positions and is referred to as the Three Position Switch).
This switch can be rotated to one of two or three positions and each position places the mount in a
different operational state as described in the table below.
