INSTALL COUNTERWEIGHT CABLES
WITH LIFTING ARM POSITIONED
AT THE UPPERMOST STOP
POSITION, REMOVE THE
RETAINING ALLEN SCREW FROM
THE TROLLEY. PULL THE CABLE
DOWN WHILE STILL SECURED
BY THE CABLE TIE AND SLIP IT
INTO THE BOSS ON THE TROLLEY.
REINSTALL THE ALLEN SCREW.
THE CABLE TIE MAY NOW BE
REMOVED. BE CARFEFUL AS
YOU CUT THE TIE THAT YOU
DO NOT DAMAGE THE PAINT.
REPEAT THE PROCEDURE
FOR THE OTHER SIDE.
CYCLE THE LIFTING BAR THROUGH SEVERAL REPITIONS TO
INSURE THAT THERE IS NO BINDING AND THAT THE CATCH HOOKS
ENGAGE SMOOTHLY. IF BINDING OCCURS, LOOSEN THE FRONT TOP
FRAME AND REMOVE OR INSERT ANOTHER SHIM. MAKE SURE THAT
BOTH LINEAR RODS ARE WELL LUBRICATED. LUBRICATE ON A WEEKLY
BASIS.
RECHECK ALL HARDWARE TO INSURE TIGHTNESS. CHECK HARDWARE
ON A WEEKLY BASIS TO INSURE TIGHTNESS AND TIGHTEN AS NECESSARY.
