Connecting the TerminateAir to the drone with
the new quick release pin

The TerminateAir is the red
colored
flight
termination
system, which is mounted
above the DJI M-200 battery
compartment. It is designated
to stop the power to the rotors,
should a critical malfunction
occur.

Disconnect the right long
screw
that
connects
the
TerminateAir to the drone,
using the supplied toolset.

Turn the TerminateAir to the left
using the left long screw as a
pivot.

Insert the quick release pin,
while aligning its plate, in order
to connect the TerminateAir to
the right arm. Then press the
pin against its spring and rotate
the plate to the horizontal
position. This will secure the pin
in place.

Be sure that the lever that is on
the
lower
part
of
the
TerminateAir is in its down
position, to hold the batteries
from
falling
in
case
of
emergency activation of the
system.
If it is not, push the
small knob towards the right
and then push the lever
downwards until it is locked.
