Cleaning the base unit and the power adapter
• Wipe the housing of the base unit and the power adapter with a damp cloth.
NOTICE
The base unit contains the electrical controller, which
may be damaged by the pene-
tration of fluids
. Therefore, when cleaning, only the outer surfaces must be wiped with
a damp cloth. Do not spray any liquid on the base unit or the power adapter.

If liquid has penetrated the base unit or the power adapter, the PARI SOLE N must not
be used again under any circumstances. Before using it again, you must contact the
PARI GmbH Technical Service department or the PARI Service Center [See also: 7.4
Contact].
Care of the connection tubing
Leave the connection tubing attached to the base unit so that the air line in the base
unit is also blown dry.

• Switch the compressor on.
• Leave the compressor running until any condensation in the tubing has been removed
by the air flowing into the tube.
• Turn the compressor off and remove the power plug from the socket.
Cleaning the nebuliser and accessories
• Thoroughly clean all components (except for the connection tubing and the base unit)
in warm tap water and dishwashing liquid for about 5 minutes. If necessary, use a
clean brush to remove loose dirt (the brush must be reserved exclusively for this pur-
pose).
• Rinse all parts thoroughly under warm running water.
• You can remove excess water more quickly by shaking all parts.
Follow the steps below to prevent the nozzle from becoming clogged:
• Re-assemble the nebuliser, plug the power plug of the base unit into the socket, and
switch it on.
• Fill with fresh, soft water, boiled if necessary, and nebulise the water until no more
aerosol comes out of the nebuliser.
